We also don't spread all the tiles face down, just doing our "pick ups" directly from the bag, which means less work setting up etc. The only thing I would improve on this would be to make the tile holders longer, as sometimes they fill up.
I love these glasses clips and the packets comes with 2 (and 2 different colorus). I use them all the time and don't ever loose my glasses anymore. Also, if I forget to take off the magnetic clips, from my clothes, then the magnet is super strong, that after the wash, the clip is still attached to my clothes, so have never lost the clips either.
