FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...

Thanks so much for stopping by and supporting our store Adventure Awaits. We are filled with amazing products and gifts for the whole family and are located in a small country town in regional Victoria called Numurkah.

Where is your shop located?

We are located in a small country town in regional Victoria called Numurkah, about 30 minutes south of the Murray River at Cobram and 30 minutes north of Shepparton.  You will find us in the main street at 66 Melville Street.  We are OPEN Monday – Friday 9.30am – 4pm and Saturday mornings 9.30am – 12.30pm (extended trading hours in December)

Are all your products located at your shop?

YES – everything you find on our website is in our shop.  Our awesome team pack and send all orders from our Numurkah location.

Are your products Australian Made?

Most of the Adventure Awaits branded products are made in Victoria and we also support over 200 other Aussie Made gifts from lots of Australian businesses.  You can check out ALL our Australian Made products here…

What does PRE ORDER mean?

If a product says PRE ORDER, it will also list a date when it is arriving eg: Back in store by late Oct.  This means that the stock is on it's way back to our store and you can secure and order so you don't miss out! Please note:  Your entire order will be shipped as ONE order when the PRE ORDER arrives.

How often do you post orders?

We ship all our orders via Australia Post and ship Australia Wide every day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This will depend on what state you are in – we ship from regional Victoria and most parcels will arrive to you within 5 business day.  However, it can take up to 12 business days for gifts to arrive to other remote areas like WA, FNQ and NT.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes we do – if your products are light weight, please contact our store OR you can add our EXPRESS SHIPPING ‘product’ to your cart and if it is LESS when we process your order at Australia Post, we will refund you the difference.  If it is way more – we will contact you.

Do you ship Internationally?

YES – we ship to most countries – a flat rate ‘quote’ amount will be added to your cart and you will be contacted if the cost is more or we will refund you if it is less.

What happens if my order arrives and it is faulty?

Simply contact the store via phone or email.

Can I return my order if I am not happy with it or I have changed my mind?

Of course – please contact our store via phone or email within 7 days of purchase.  If it is in the same packaging, simply Return to Sender and a refund will be processed once it arrives back to our shop.  Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
