I can see from your order that your Map was shipped to Germany and we can see from tracking with Australia Post that it was not collected/claimed and is being sent back to Australia...once it arrives back to our store we will process a refund for you. Planning the big lap, this large Aussie map is great, stuck it on the wall in the living area, the kids love it to plan, gives them perspective on how big this country it. Love it
