Could not find a number just a page on their website . And they cannot even tell me when they will refund my money. In this situation where everyone is struggling with the cost of living How can you not understand. I’ll just take it to the media. I wonder how many other people have been affected.

My Onya Back Pack which I have had for 15 years finally got a hole in it and I had to get another one, so I am thrilled with this lovely Australian Onya Backpack which is the same quality as my previous one which is still being used for taking dog leads and bowls while the new one will be used for all my travels.
