I can see from your order that your Map was shipped to Germany and we can see from tracking with Australia Post that it was not collected/claimed and is being sent back to Australia...once it arrives back to our store we will process a refund for you. Rest assured that you have not been ripped off, we have a dedicated team at the shop that will always get to the bottom of things.
